Savoy Truffle

Relatively few people know the hidden gem that is George Harrison’s Savoy Truffle, a song about a box of sweets that his friend Eric Clapton couldn’t resist. The sweetest of them all was the Savoy Truffle.

To celebrate the song and the mysterious ultimate sweet,  Houston’s top pastry chefs recently featured their own version of the infamous Savoy Truffle.  Those lucky enough to attend our White Album for Purple Songs event were able to try them all side by side!  Many thanks to our participating restaurants:
