Our Vision

Love Street strives to serve as both a catalyst and a clearinghouse for volunteer opportunities in the Houston music community. We want musicians to be aware of volunteer opportunities and inspired to undertake them. Children’s charities often need music, whether performances for their families or in connection with fundraising.  But not every organization has a budget adequate to fill all of its music needs.  We aim to bridge that gap.  If every musician gives back just once or twice a year, it will have a tangible impact on our community.

An inspired musician is also capable of elevating his or her art form. With children’s causes as our prime focal point, we assemble local musicians to present unique popular music performances of artistic merit, enriching the community at large.
